A young child and his mom 3 months ago heard that we were chiropractors and thru the grapevine she had found that perhaps chiropractic adjustments could help her young son be relieved from his miserable asthma and allergies. Well, after performing a comprehensive exam and x-rays, this child had a moderate to severe curvature of his upper and middle back, where all the nerves that go to the lungs exit from. After 1 month of treatment his mother, in joy, told us that her son’s ability to run around during one of his games without his inhaler was wonderful. He continues to do better and is hardly on any meds anymore. A recent x-ray showed what was once a curvature of the spine is now nearly perfectly straight! He is able to be outside in the cooler weather and play with his friends and not have to worry about having an “episode”. Mom and Pop are happy that he can be a rambunctious boy and not have to worry about his health. But the person most joyful is the young boy himself, knowing that some simple adjustments to his spine made him able to play just as hard as those other boys without consequences. Now, this is why Dr.Laura and I just love what we do! Have a blessed weekend!
